Quicken Loans desired a new office in downtown Phoenix and chose to renovate the top six floors 15-20 in One North Central Avenue. This was a collaboration with dPop, Quicken’s in-house design firm based in Michigan. The partnership was formed to renovate 150,000 SF of second generation Class A office space initially. The design and color palette is the client's interpretation of a southwestern style that speaks to the Quicken brand and culture. The offices accommodates a variety of spaces including a main reception area, central hub for meeting and dining on each floor, including open and private offices, training rooms, collaborative spaces, a wellness room and family room. This client is focused on their people, brand and culture. Quicken has since expanded twice and now occupies 200,000 SF in One North Central Avenue.
