Integrate is a local cutting-edge digital advertising company. They desired a new raw way of working for their interior office environment, that reflects their disruptive business’ brand and culture. The 19th floor of the historic 111 W. Monroe building fit the bill — with 13,500 square feet to be overhauled into a free-address open environment with a high exposed ceiling, polished concrete floor, staggered circle and linear pendant lights. These features all tie to the agency’s logo. There is a solid window line of amazing views to the north and south providing significant natural daylight. The office speaks to their brand and mission. Throughout the space there is a distinct connection — to Integrate’s brand, colors, fabric panels, wall finishes and furnishings.
