This boutique litigation firm called for an unparalleled statement reflecting their unparalleled practice. The law firm’s interior offices are a spring board backdrop for the firm’s contemporary art gallery, by way of a neutral color palette, stark lines and crisp contemporary detailing. The main 125 foot long office corridor features stainless steel details and lacquered art panels lit by low voltage lighting. The result is a vibrant, cultured atmosphere. This client relationship spans 20 years. We just completed an interior renovation in 2015 and again in 2017. The biggest challenge was working with a successful boutique law firm. The client had a distinct vision for the new space with a limited tenant improvement allowance. The program called for innovation and originality for a client that had a much broader vocabulary of characteristics to portray and distinguish the space than previous offices.
